In her role as RPA Center Lead, Kathrin Herbricht drives innovation and process automation at Kärcher Global Services GmbH & Co. KG. With a finance background and 7 years of experience in Treasury, she started to build up the RPA Center of Excellence from scratch in 2021. Her vision is to use state-of-the-art technology to offer intelligent end-to-end process automation solutions to the whole organization and to retrieve employees from repetitive manual tasks.
