Jela Götting

Chief People Officer, Tengelmann Holding

Jela Götting is a member of the Executive Board of Tengelmann Holding and, as Chief People Officer, is responsible for People & Transformation, Sustainability and Technology & Services. She has been with the company since January 2020 and was previously responsible for global strategic talent management and international junior and executive development in various roles at two DAX companies, the BMW Group in Munich and the adidas Group in Herzogenaurach. She began her professional life as part of a dual study programme in business administration at a long-established Bremen-based trading company, where she was most recently responsible for marketing and PR after many very different roles. Jela Götting is trained as a change manager, mediator and coach and was also an independent entrepreneur in this field for a time.
