Frederike Wandel

Junior Managers Program (JMP), Bosch

As her surname (Wandel) suggests, Frederike is a young professional with a passion for change. Frederike started the Junior Managers Program at Bosch in Nov 2023 with a focus on finance and digitalization. During the program she drives change in different rotations at Bosch Global. In her last role, she drove digital change in Controlling in the mobility sector and currently she is working in Corporate Strategy at BSH, navigating strategic projects and business development. Her vision is to bridge the gap between management and technology and support companies in their (digital) change processes. Previously, she gained experience in the consulting world at Deloitte, in academic research as a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford and in the startup world with a scholarship from UnternehmerTUM.
