Dr Philipp Dehn, born in 1977, studied business administration at the University of Regensburg. In 2005, he completed his doctorate on the subject of "The generational change in medium-sized family businesses". He has been with the family business DEHN SE since 2011.

As CEO of the family-owned company DEHN SE, he has been responsible for the overall operational management of the group of companies since 2014 and ensures the sustainable, successful and financially sound development of the company. DEHN SE is a leading, internationally active family-owned electrical engineering company based in Neumarkt i.d. Oberpfalz.

Dr Philipp Dehn began his professional career in 2002 at KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Munich. In 2006, he moved to the Fiber Optics business unit at LEONI Fiber Optics GmbH in Roth, for which he was responsible as Managing Director and Director from 2008. In 2011, he joined the family-owned company DEHN and took over the management of the Sales & Marketing division. In January 2014, Dr Philipp Dehn was appointed Chairman of the Management Board and has been responsible for the entire DEHNgroup as CEO ever since. Since the end of 2022, he has also been Chairman of the Board of the ZVEI Electrical Installation Systems (EIS) trade association.
