SVP Solutions Excellence at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH


Claudia Häpp is responsible for strategy, development and introduction of Future Energy Home products & solutions for E.ON Germany. This includes PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and the energy management system. She works closely with sales segments, global innovation and strategy departments at EDG & E.ON SE. In addition, she acts as Innovation Ambassador for the entire EDG.

In her previous position as Lighthouse Lead Smart & Connected at innogy Consulting, Claudia Häpp was also involved in several start-ups.

With her Ph.D. as Dr. oec. troph. on the subject of "Connected Home Appliances" at the Technical University of Munich, she has received numerous awards. Claudia Häpp holds more than 20 European patents on the topics of "networking" and "smart grid". In addition to her work, she is actively involved in mentoring, networking and promoting women.
