Ralf Junge-Pearl heads the “Agentic AI Hub” at the Federal Digital Service, a central interface of the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernization (BMDS) for piloting autonomous AI systems in government agencies and startups. Previously, he held leadership positions at IBM iX, idealo, and fischerAppelt. A graduate in communication studies, he has completed additional training in business transformation, systemic and agile coaching, and organizational mediation. He also works as a lecturer and trainer at various universities and institutes, focusing on agile organizational development, New Work and leadership, mental health, and modern communication and storytelling.
