With 21+ years' experience in R&D tech consulting, global strategy development and execution, he continues to build investment ecosystems and international partner networks to enable strategic access to technologies. Mika brings a strong background in C-level corporate programs of innovation and organizational performance, with a particular focus on European cross-border investments to create larger ticket sizes for scale-ups. Next to acitoflux, Mika is actively engaged with many startup ecosystems as startup mentor, venture partner, judge and advisory board member. He operates across Stuttgart, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Paris and Tokyo, and holds a degree from RWTH Aachen.
