Luca de Angelis is the CEO of Tech Europe Foundation, a non profit foundation established to bridge the structural gap between European scientific excellence and the creation of Deep Tech startups. Before TEF, he served as Director General for Emerging Technologies at Italy's Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, and as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Minister of Technological Innovation. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Investment Associate at Bridgewater Associates and a Banks Analyst at Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA/MPP from Harvard Business School and a degree from Bocconi University.
