With a Ph.D. in Business Administration (University of St. Gallen, Institute for Information Systems), she is turning Germany’s renovation backlog into a model for success, thereby shaping the new spirit of the times on construction sites through construction robotics. In 2025, she assembled a gender-balanced founding team of four with strong tech expertise, launched the company from the TU Munich, and secured €4 million in pre-seed funding as well as over €1 million in EXIST research transfer grants. Her strength: turning scientific research into marketable products and generating growth out of crises.
