As the founder of tozero, she combines scientific depth with entrepreneurial drive. With over 10 years of experience in metallurgy, Ksenija has worked on several projects focused on sustainable metallurgy, led strategic research programs, and secured R&D funding. Drawing on her education and research at RWTH Aachen University (Metallurgical Process Engineering), she brings the expertise to scale technologies from the laboratory to industrial applications—with the goal of securing critical raw materials in Europe for the long term.
