The main priority is to address the challenges of a market economy influenced by politics. With over 10 years of experience in various industries, his expertise lies in the holistic consideration of technical and economic aspects. He started in plant and mechanical engineering and developed from the technical to the commercial area. After several years in sales management consulting, he took over the management of Heraeus Remloy. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt and specialized in management at ESADE in Barcelona.
